Celebrating Impact: Dominic Llewellyn Awarded an OBE

It’s been an exciting few weeks at AchieveGood. Our founder and CEO, Dominic Llewellyn, has been awarded an OBE for services to the impact economy in the King's Birthday Honours List.

It represents more than ten years of work by Dom, his team at AchieveGood, and the friends and partners across the Impact Economy Collective and the wider impact economy. At its heart, that work has always been about building relationships across philanthropy, investment, business and government, all in service of better outcomes for communities and individuals.

In his announcement, Dom reflected on his surprise at the honour, alongside his conviction that getting here has been a genuine team effort:

"This belongs as much to the AchieveGood team, and to our colleagues and partners, as it does to me: the people who turn big ideas about tackling disadvantage and creating opportunity into patient, practical work, day after day. I love that I get to pursue that mission alongside people I admire and trust. Potential is everywhere. Opportunity isn't. Today I'm grateful to God,  and to be doing it in such good company, the work is just getting started."
